These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and OkeyPlay ("OkeyPlay," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the OkeyPlay website located at okeyplay.net, its mobile application, and all associated gaming and betting services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an OkeyPlay account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with OkeyPlay's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

OkeyPlay reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of OkeyPlay following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to and use of OkeyPlay's real-money gaming and betting services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. OkeyPlay enforces age verification and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and betting is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of OkeyPlay complies with the laws applicable in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are under guardianship are not permitted to use the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by OkeyPlay or by any gaming regulatory authority, including PAGCOR.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an active OkeyPlay account. Each individual is permitted one account only.

To access OkeyPlay's real-money gaming services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.

OkeyPlay operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents — such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license — to verify your identity before withdrawals are processed or at any point OkeyPlay deems necessary.

• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. Notify OkeyPlay promptly of any changes.
• You must keep your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with any third party.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• OkeyPlay will never contact you to request your password. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person under any circumstances.

OkeyPlay supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. OkeyPlay does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your OkeyPlay wallet are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. OkeyPlay does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.

• OkeyPlay reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
• Funds in your OkeyPlay wallet do not accrue interest.
• Dormant accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee of ₱50 per month, applied to the account balance.
• OkeyPlay is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

All bets placed on OkeyPlay are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game or market.

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid once confirmed by OkeyPlay's system and a confirmation reference is issued. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical errors are void.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed on the Platform and may be adjusted by OkeyPlay at any time.
• Void Bets: OkeyPlay reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been incorrectly priced due to a manifest error, system fault, or data feed failure.
• Esports Markets: For esports betting markets, results are determined based on the official result declared by the relevant tournament organizer. OkeyPlay's decision on the settlement of esports markets is final.
• Disconnection: OkeyPlay is not liable for bets lost or disrupted due to internet connectivity issues on the player's side. It is your responsibility to maintain a stable connection.

OkeyPlay reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or combination of bets at its sole discretion. Players will be notified of applicable limits before confirming a wager where technically feasible.

OkeyPlay may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates.

• Bonuses are credited to your OkeyPlay account in Philippine Peso (₱) and are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• OkeyPlay reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
• OkeyPlay reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion at its sole discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the OkeyPlay Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one OkeyPlay account, whether under your own name or a third party's identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in OkeyPlay's systems for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corruption of sporting or esports events.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing OkeyPlay staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with OkeyPlay's software or systems.

All content on the OkeyPlay Platform — including but not limited to the OkeyPlay name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of OkeyPlay or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any OkeyPlay content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on OkeyPlay's content or software.
• Use OkeyPlay's trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorized use of OkeyPlay's intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact OkeyPlay at the support email address provided on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, OkeyPlay's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your OkeyPlay account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

OkeyPlay shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of business opportunity or goodwill.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
• Losses arising from interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical faults, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.

OkeyPlay collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at okeyplay.net/privacy-policy. By registering an OkeyPlay account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

OkeyPlay may share your personal data with third parties in the following circumstances:

• With payment processors and banking partners to facilitate deposits and withdrawals.
• With identity verification and KYC service providers.
• With regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR, where required by law.
• With law enforcement agencies in connection with the investigation of fraud or other criminal activity.

OkeyPlay will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. For full details on how your data is used and your rights under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), please refer to OkeyPlay's Privacy Policy.

OkeyPlay is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. Real-money gaming on OkeyPlay is strictly for players aged 21 and above who choose to participate as a form of entertainment, with funds they can afford to lose.

OkeyPlay provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from OkeyPlay's Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and net gaming activity.

Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time. You may close your OkeyPlay account by contacting customer support, provided there are no pending bets or withdrawal requests. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

OkeyPlay reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.

Upon termination for cause, OkeyPlay reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where funds are determined to be proceeds of fraud or other prohibited conduct, they may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

OkeyPlay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, OkeyPlay will provide notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the OkeyPlay Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and OkeyPlay, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through OkeyPlay's customer support channels. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and OkeyPlay with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
